删除 CanCan 账号
Delete your CanCan account
最快的方式是在 CanCan App 内直接注销账号。
The fastest option is to delete your account directly in the CanCan app.
1. 在 App 内删除 / Delete in the app
- 打开 CanCan，进入「我的」。
- 点击右上角设置，在「账号」分区找到「注销账号」。
- 点击「注销账号」，阅读提示后确认。
Open CanCan → Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account, then confirm the request.
2. 无法登录时申请 / Request deletion without app access
如果你无法登录或已经无法使用 App，请使用注册 CanCan 的邮箱联系我们。邮件中写明你的登录邮箱，以及 CanCan ID（如有）。首次联系时请勿发送密码、验证码或身份证件。
If you cannot sign in, contact us from the email address used for your CanCan account. Include that email and your CanCan ID if available. Do not send passwords, verification codes or identity documents in your first message.

3. 删除范围 / What deletion covers
- 账号、登录关联资料、个人档案及不再需要的私密账号数据会被删除。Your account, sign-in linkage, profile and private account data no longer needed will be deleted.
- 为保持公共讨论和组局记录完整，已经发布的组局或消息可能在移除账号关联和个人识别资料后保留。Published meetup or message records may remain after account links and identifying data are removed.
- 法律义务、争议处理、安全和防止滥用所必需的最小记录，可能在必要期间内保留。Minimum records required for legal, dispute, safety or abuse-prevention purposes may be retained as necessary.
