About the Event Discover how AI agents work and how they can help make everyday tasks easier. Through a guided demonstration and hands-on group activities, you’ll learn what makes an AI agent different from a chatbot or simple automation. Using just pen and paper, you’ll design your own everyday AI helper, deciding what you want it to do, what tools it can use and what boundaries it should follow. You’ll then test a shared AI agent example together and see how different instructions can shape its results. Along the way, you’ll learn how to check an AI agent’s work, protect personal information, and recognise when human approval is needed. Suitable for anyone aged 13 and above who is curious about AI and keen to explore how AI agents work. No coding or technical experience required. About the Speaker Shaurya Chauhan is the founder of EVAA, where he builds AI agents for financial institutions, SMEs and other regulated environments. His work focuses on making agents reliable, accountable and useful in settings where trust matters. EVAA is part of a Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) initiative advancing AI adoption in financial services. In this workshop, Shaurya brings that experience to everyday life, helping participants design an AI helper and build and test a shared example together.
