About the Event As teenagers become more independent, their digital lives grow too. How can parents help them develop healthier digital habits without simply taking their devices away? In this workshop, you’ll gain a better understanding of your teen’s digital world, including how popular platforms are designed to capture and hold attention and how excessive screen use can affect sleep, well-being, learning and development. You’ll learn practical strategies to set healthy boundaries while respecting your teen’s growing independence, manage device use more effectively, and work with others in your teen’s life to encourage consistent and balanced digital habits. By the end of the workshop, you’ll be better equipped to guide your teen towards a healthier and more balanced relationship with technology. Suitable for parents and caregivers of teenagers who want practical strategies to support healthy screen and media use. Registration and Attendance Registration is required for this programme.
