About the Event As AI becomes part of how children learn, create and interact online, how can parents help them use it well without letting it do the thinking for them? In this workshop, you will learn how AI can help you guide and coach your child’s learning and explore ways to use AI to plan family activities and create shared parent-child experiences. You will also learn practical ways to help your child stay safe online from AI and online safety risks, including misinformation, deepfakes, emotional over-reliance, grooming and cyberbullying. By the end, you’ll be better equipped to guide your child’s use of AI for learning, family connection and safer online experiences. Suitable for parents and caregivers who want to support their children in navigating AI and the online world safely and confidently. Registration and Attendance Registration is required for this programme. Please register one ticket per person. Each ticket admits one participant only and does not cover a parent–child pair. Attendance will be taken using the NLB Mobile app. Please download the app (https://go.gov.sg/nlbmobile-attendance) or update it to the latest version. Then, scan the QR code at the venue to take your attendance upon entry. Parents attending with children: please add your child’s profile in the NLB Mobile app before arriving, so you can include their attendance in the submission. It is compulsory for parents or caregivers to accompany their children during the programme. Please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts.
