About the Event AI is becoming part of everyday life, but using it well takes more than simply asking a question. In this session, you’ll explore how AI can support everyday tasks such as planning, writing, learning, comparing options and developing ideas, and discover how better prompts and useful context can improve AI responses. You’ll also go behind the scenes of AI to understand AI assistants, connected tools and connectors, and how organisations use AI to understand and respond to customer requests. Suitable for youths and working adults who want to use AI more effectively in everyday tasks and understand how AI is applied in the businesses. About the Speaker Jessie Hoong is Managing Director, Asia Pacific at novomind, a German enterprise software company specialising in AI-powered customer service, digital commerce, and workflow automation. She leads novomind’s business across Asia Pacific and works with organisations to bring AI into real-world operations, customer experiences and everyday workflows. With a background spanning technology, operations and customer experience, Jessie focuses on the practical adoption of AI and how emerging technologies can be applied meaningfully in both business and everyday life. Important Note Access to some free GenAI tools may require participants to log in to their personal accounts. Participants are required to bring their own smartphones or tablets. Access to power outlets may be limited. Participants may wish to install Wireless@SGx for Wi-Fi access at NLB libraries. Registration and Attendance Registration is required for this programme.
