Can factual or research-based publications be told in a compelling way, and how do fictional narratives inform us about the reality? Is creative non-fiction an oxymoron? Hear from Simon Tay, writer of both — as law professor and Chairman of Singapore Institute of International Affairs (SIIA) drawing on Enigmas his 2024 book and award-winning fiction. This programme is suitable for adults. Registration and Attendance Registration is required for this programme. Please register one ticket per person.
