About the Programme A priceless first edition has been stolen from the Rare Book Shop. The Final Voyage to the East is no ordinary manuscript. It is believed to contain the final account of a lost expedition through Southeast Asia, documented shortly before the Second World War. In this 30-minute participatory theatre experience created as part of the wider ‘A S.U.R.E. Mystery’ puzzles, you don't just watch the mystery unfold, you become part of it. Two actor-facilitators will bring the story to life, transforming into the different suspects. You will be invited to question the characters, consider the clues, and make your own decision about who you believe is responsible. But a word of warning: don't trust a clue just because it sounds convincing. Check it against everything else you know using the S.U.R.E. steps (Source, Understand, Research, Evaluate). Suitable for children, teens, and families. All budding detectives are welcome!
