【走近文化系列】：林日顺的综艺机构与70-90年代中国电影在新加坡的流行

活动简介综艺机构（Chong Gay Theatres Ltd.）创办于1969年，1975年由华商林日顺接手后，逐渐成为新加坡引介中国电影的重要发行商。1980年代，随着讲华语运动的推广、电影审查政策的调整、香港粤语片与台湾电影影响力的变化，以及观众群体的代际更替，综艺机构逐步由进口香港影片转向积极引进中国大陆电影，并通过电影代表团访问、影展等方式推动中新文化交流；与此同时，机构亦尝试自制具有本土意识的影片，如《桥的两岸》。本次演讲结合档案、报刊与口述史资料，考察综艺机构在1970至1990年代间如何在推广“健康电影”的文化诉求与商业压力之间展开多样的电影实践，并进一步分析香港在其中所发挥的中介作用、影片类型的杂糅、中国形象的建构以及青年观众的接受，以此阐明20世纪70至80年代的新加坡如何逐渐成为台湾、香港与中国大陆电影交汇、竞争与重新诠释的重要区域节点。主讲人徐兰君现为新加坡国立大学中文系副教授，主要研究方向包括现当代中国文学与文化、文化冷战与中国电影，以及战后中国与新马地区之间的跨域文化互动。她同时负责由新加坡教育部 Tier 2 学术研究基金资助的研究项目“战后新马地区华人大众文化研究”（www.chinesepopularcultures.sg (http://www.chinesepopularcultures.sg/)）。 Registration and Attendance Registration is required for this programme.
