About the Event In this session, you will learn how to stay safe online and manage your screen time effectively. We will cover the following: Stay Safe, Smart, and Kind Online - Understanding common online risks such as phishing, misinformation, and cyberbullying - Setting strong passwords and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your accounts - Practising good digital habits and being a responsible digital citizen Manage Screen Time & Set Device Limits - Understanding what screen time tracking is and why it matters for your well-being - Using built-in screen time management tools on Android (Digital Wellbeing) and iOS (Screen Time) to set daily limits for specific apps - Setting up downtime schedules and content restrictions on your device - Reviewing your screen time reports to build healthier digital habits Note: Please bring along a fully charged smartphone, as you will be using the screen time features on your own device.
