About the Event Join us for this storytelling programme by the People's Association (PA) and learn about all the excitement that comes with Chingay every year! You will even get to create your very own Chingay Float and take home a Chingay Activity Kit. This bilingual programme is suitable for children 4 to 8 years old and will be conducted in English and Tamil. Parents are welcome to join in as well. This programme is suitable for children aged 4 to 8 years old. Registration and Attendance Registration is not required for this programme. Please walk in. Admission is subject to availability and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendance will be taken using the NLB Mobile app. Please download the app (https://go.gov.sg/nlbmobile-attendance) or update it to the latest version. Then, scan the QR code at the venue to take your attendance upon entry. Parents attending with children: please add your child’s profile in the NLB Mobile app before arriving, so you can include their attendance in the submission. It is compulsory for parents or caregivers to accompany their children during the programme. Please arrive 10 minutes before the session starts. Seats may be released to walk-in participants if you arrive late. Photography and Videography Notice Please note that photos and/or videos of this programme and its participants may be taken.
