About the Event The workshop sparks children’s curiosity about technology by blending storytelling, craft, and robotics into an engaging experience. Through screen-free, hands-on activities, participants explore foundational coding concepts such as sequencing, debugging, and looping, while physically guiding KUBO with TagTiles. This tangible approach makes abstract ideas concrete, helping children build logical thinking, spatial reasoning, and problem-solving skills in a fun and accessible way. By designing paths, fixing broken codes, and creating story-driven challenges, learners not only gain confidence in basic technology concepts but also develop essential digital literacy skills—learning how instructions translate into actions, how errors can be corrected, and how technology can be used creatively to tell stories and solve problems. This programme is suitable for children aged 5-8 years old, is age appropriate and requires registration. Registration and Attendance Registration is required for this programme. Please register one ticket per person. Each ticket admits one participant only and does not cover a parent–child pair. Attendance will be taken using the NLB Mobile app. Please download the app (https://go.gov.sg/nlbmobile-attendance) or update it to the latest version. Then, scan the QR code at the venue to take your attendance upon entry. Parents attending with children: please add your child’s profile in the NLB Mobile app before arriving, so you can include their attendance in the submission. It is compulsory for parents or caregivers to accompany their children during the programme. Please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts. Seats may be released to walk-in participants if you arrive late. Photography and Videography Notice Please note that photos and/or videos of this programme and its participants may be taken.
