About the Event Inspired by the beloved children's classic The Rainbow Fish, this interactive storytelling programme combines music, movement, sensory play, and hands-on activities to create an engaging learning experience for young children and their caregivers. At the start of the story, Rainbow Fish is admired by all the sea creatures for its beautiful shiny scales. Yet despite his dazzling appearance, he feels lonely when he refuses to share with others. Through encounters with various ocean friends, he gradually learns that friendship grows through kindness, generosity, and making others feel included. Children will help Rainbow Fish on his journey through songs, movement, sensory exploration, simple phonics games, and interactive storytelling. Along the way, they will meet playful sea creatures, explore ocean sounds, discover colours and patterns, and learn simple social-emotional skills. The session is designed to nurture early language development, motor coordination, and social-emotional growth. This programme is suitable for children aged 1-4 years old Registration and Attendance Registration is required for this programme. Please register one ticket per person. Each ticket admits one participant only and does not cover a parent–child pair. Attendance will be taken using the NLB Mobile app. Please download the app (https://go.gov.sg/nlbmobile-attendance) or update it to the latest version. Then, scan the QR code at the venue to take your attendance upon entry. Parents attending with children: please add your child’s profile in the NLB Mobile app before arriving, so you can include their attendance in the submission. It is compulsory for parents or caregivers to accompany their children during the programme. Please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts. Seats may be released to walk-in participants if you arrive late. Photography and Videography Notice Please note that photos and/or videos of this programme and its participants may be taken.
